About
A small studio, on purpose.
We started AITX in 2023 after years of working inside larger teams. The idea was simple: stay small enough to do the work ourselves, and take on projects we can actually finish well.
How we work
We run engagements in short, visible cycles. Every week ends with something you can click on, not a status update. Design and engineering sit in the same conversation, so decisions do not get lost in handoff.
Most projects run six to twelve weeks. We usually work with one or two clients at a time, and we say no when the calendar is full rather than spread thin.
The team
Interfaces, research, and the awkward first sketch. Fifteen years across fintech and public-sector tools.
Front-end architecture and performance. Previously built design systems for two mid-sized SaaS companies.
Scoping, product direction, and keeping projects honest about what they are for.
Contracts, scheduling, and the unglamorous work that keeps a studio running.
What we believe
- Clarity beats cleverness. A boring, readable interface is usually the right one.
- Systems should be small enough to understand and documented enough to survive.
- Handoff is part of the design. If your team cannot maintain it, we did not finish.
- Say no early. A rushed project costs more than a declined one.
