A short list of recent engagements. Some clients prefer not to be named, so a few of these are described by what we built rather than who we built it for.
Ledger
Reconciliation tooling for small finance teams. We rebuilt the review flow around exceptions instead of line items, and cut time-to-close by roughly a third in the first quarter.
Meridian
A documentation platform for a research institute. Delivered a token-based system and a component set that their two-person team could extend without us.
Fieldnote
An offline-first field research app. Built a component library shared across web and mobile, with a documented accessibility baseline.
Kite
A lightweight analytics dashboard rebuilt from scratch. Faster first paint, smaller bundle, and a codebase the client engineers took over in a week.
Engagement shape
Most work is a scoped project with a fixed end date: a design sprint, a system build, or a rebuild. We also do ongoing retainers for a small number of clients who need steady hands rather than a big team.
